BeeLighted has turned sheepish, added fiber, online shopping and moved the whole pile into a storefront!
The name BeeLighted came from making bee's wax candles and then hand crafting milk soaps (with all of that extra beeswax) at home in small batches starting back in 1999, then I discovered beads, fiber, pottery & glass!
My own art creations are usually an eclectic mix including whimsy and color. The pieces may not be what you would expect to see, but then would you really want them to be?
Now that we've moved into a storefront we're able to show my own creations, and bring in local artist designs, teach classes, gather fiber artists together and now we've added a shopping cart so other fiber addicts won't have to travel so far to find the fibers they love. :)
We are not a large factory with warehouses of products, simply a family business in a unique shop located in a small town where we love creating, and help to encourage fiber frivolity! Frequently we have our girls here helping out or causing mayhem depending on how the day is going, but either way, life is good and we're happy to be here.
